Provision Packages

I am flexible and you don’t need to select a specific package from me to book. Below are some ideas of schedules that are commonly booked by clients. All overnight shifts are from 10pm-6am. Two overnights a week for six weeks $5,280 Two overnights a week for twelve weeks $10,560 Three overnights a week for six weeks $7,920 Three overnights a week for twelve weeks $15,840

What to expect

My sleep plans are very specific to you and your child. I will offer you multiple, age appropriate options so I can choose the method that fits your parenting style best. After you choose a plan we will have another phone call to fine tune the plan. The two weeks following the start of your plan I will be supporting you so any issues or questions that come up we can take care of right away. As a postpartum doula my role encompasses many, many things. Meal prep Light house cleaning Breastfeeding support Evidence based education Laundry Baby care If you are open to it, I will apply my sleep knowledge to help your newborn learn healthy sleep habits and routines. At this age it’s not sleep training but I can help to prevent needing to sleep train later in life.
