About me

My clients are expecting moms to be. My goal at Bluebird Doulas is to help support you during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience, with physical, emotional, and informational support. I help my clients by giving them guidance to help their decision-making process during labor and birth. I also provide physical support to help them relax, feel less discomfort, and mom have a smooth birth. As a result of working with me, my clients feel their labor and birth was easier because they had confidence, knowledge, little to no fear, and they felt well-supported throughout their experience.

Labor & Delivery Virtual Only
* One complimentary consultation to meet virtually to see if we are a good fit for each other. * 1 Prenatal visit at 20 weeks to discuss your birth plan and explore options before going into labor and more. * 1 Prenatal visit at 30 weeks to discuss concerns, answer questions and get you ready for labor and more. * Starting at 30+ weeks 24/7 on-call availability via phone, text and email available. * Discuss pregnancy signs, signs of labor & what to expect during labor/birth *Discuss options for pain management during pregnancy & labor & More _________________________________________________________ Pricing: $650 + Tax Requires a deposit of $325 to retain our services. Remaining balance would be due at 30 weeks of pregnancy. Virtual support only There will be no in-person support.

Postpartum Support Daytime
* One complimentary consultation to meet in person or virtually to see if we are a good fit for each other. (If you haven't booked birth support) * Two or more postpartum visits (at home) to help with your needs, newborn education, newborn support, meal prep and more. *Sibling care is available by request additional $15/hourly We can provide custom weekly package for you as well (long term care) _________________________________________________________ Pricing: Daytime rate: $30 hourly + Tax (Daytime rates/hours can not be used for nighttime support) _________________________________________________________ Postpartum Rules: Shifts: Are based on your needs (weekly) Max 2-4 hours a day per client (Daytime) Shift times: Weekly Daytime (2 hour slots)- 9am-11am, 12pm-2pm or 3pm-5pm Daytime (4 hour slots) - 9am-1pm or 12pm-4pm If you need weekend help we can discuss days and hours. There is a traveling fee over 20 miles.
