Postpartum support

* Newborn care and education, including diapering, bathing, soothing, swaddling, and understanding your baby’s cues * Breastfeeding and lactation support, including positioning, latch guidance, feeding education, and general troubleshooting * Bottle-feeding and pumping support, including bottle preparation, paced feeding, pumping routines, and milk-storage education * Parent recovery and rest, giving you time to sleep, shower, eat, or simply take a break while your baby is cared for * Establishing newborn routines and helping families navigate feeding and sleeping patterns * Light household support related to postpartum recovery and baby care, such as washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and tidying baby areas * Emotional and practical support as you adjust to the physical and emotional changes that come with welcoming a new baby * Sibling and family transition support, helping the entire household adjust to its newest member ***please note overnight support is 75 per hour.

What to expect

As a Certified Birth Doula, I provide emotional, physical, and informational support before and throughout labor and birth. As a Certified Postpartum Doula, my focus shifts to supporting you and your family after your baby arrives. The postpartum period can bring significant physical, emotional, and practical adjustments, and you should not have to navigate them without support. As a Certified Lactation Specialist, I provide individualized feeding education and support based on your family’s goals—whether you choose breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, or a combination that changes over time. Having experience across birth, postpartum, and lactation allows me to provide continuity of care—from preparing for your baby’s arrival, to supporting you through labor and birth, to helping your family settle into life at home.
