My role is to walk alongside you through pregnancy and birth, offering steady, compassionate support every step of the way. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, home birth, or something in between, I’m here to help you feel informed, confident, and truly cared for. I bring a calm, grounding energy to the birth space, and I’m all about making sure you feel heard, respected, and supported in your choices. From helping with comfort techniques and breathing to simply holding space during intense moments, I tailor my support to what you need most. I believe birth is not just about bringing a baby into the world—it’s about honoring you as the powerful, capable person you are. And I’m so honored to be part of that journey.

How do we know if we’re a good fit?

I offer a free consultation so we can meet, chat about your birth hopes, and see if we vibe! Birth is an intimate experience, and it’s important that you feel comfortable and supported by whoever is on your team.

Will you support my partner, too?

Yes! I’m here to support the whole family. I help partners feel more confident and involved by offering suggestions, reassurance, and guidance so they can be an active part of the experience, too.

Do you support medicated or unmedicated births?

Absolutely! I support your birth—whether that’s unmedicated, with an epidural, or a planned C-section. My job is to walk with you through the choices that feel best for you and help you feel empowered along the way.

When do you join us during labor?

I’m available for support by phone or text as soon as labor begins, and I’ll join you in person when you’re ready for that extra hands-on support. We’ll talk about your preferences during our prenatal visits so you feel fully prepared.

Do you deliver the baby?

Nope—I’m not a medical provider. Your doctor or midwife handles the clinical aspects. My role is to support you—helping with comfort measures, positioning, breathing, encouragement, and making sure you feel heard and respected.

What exactly does a birth doula do?

A birth doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth. I don’t replace your medical team—I work alongside them to help you feel supported, confident, and cared for every step of the way.
