Hello Mamas! I am a certified birth and postpartum doula and Body Ready Method Pro. My background is in Early Childhood and Special Education. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in education, and I worked with children for many years. I am also a mother of four and stayed home with my children for several years. I have a passion for all things birth and recently decided that I wanted to spend the next chapter of my life as a birth worker. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you during your pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey!

This package includes 2 prenatal visits, support throughout labor and birth and a follow-up postpartum visit.
This package includes 2 prenatal visits, support throughout labor and birth, plus an additional 12 hours of postpartum support.
This package is for second-time mothers and beyond. We will meet to discuss your birth plan and support throughout labor and birth will be provided.
Birth Doula support includes multiple prenatal visits with your family where I will help to prepare you for an informed, confident birth experience. I will support you throughout your labor and birth and stay with you until you and your family are comfortable after the birth. There will be one follow-up postnatal visit within the first few weeks after your baby is born. Additional postpartum services are available. Postpartum doula services are customized to each family's needs.

Choosing Jenny as our doula was the single decision that best prepared my husband and I for the birth of our first child. I hired Birth Confidence as a postpartum doula after the birth of my first child, and it was a LIFE SAVER/GAME CHANGER for my mental health, stress levels, and overall wellbeing as a first-time mom. Just having Jenny around so I wasn't alone after my husband went back to work was SO beneficial in navigating such an emotionally and physically intense experience. She was my sounding board for new mom concerns and my source of advice for newborn questions (she's a mom of 3 so has lots of experience). She helped me with my daughter when I needed a break, did dishes, folded laundry, and cooked meals for my husband and I (which were SO good!).
