My name is Ximena and I am a birth doula in the Clovis/ Portales, NM area. I travel within a 2-hour radius of Portales. My business name is “Amada Doula Services”- Amada means “loved” in Spanish. I believe that every woman should feel supported and loved throughout her pregnancy and birth, and that every woman can love her birth experience!

I offer birth support, which includes 2 prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and 2 postpartum visits. I offer postpartum support which includes light housework, meal prep, newborn care, and lactation support.

2 prenatal visits- we'll make sure you and your partner are feeling ready and confident to have a birth experience you’ll love Continuous birth support- on-call at 38 weeks. I’ll be there for you the whole time, providing comfort measures, encouragement, and working with the rest of your birth team to make sure your wishes are heard. 2 postpartum visits- I’ll bring you a nourishing meal while we process your birth experience. I’ll do some light housework, provide lactation support, and whatever else you need to feel human again.
