About me

I am a certified full spectrum doula specializing in postpartum care and infant sleep support. I offer in person and virtual services including; reiki, EFT tapping, birth photography, doula care, sleep coaching, and more! I am a published author and avid world traveler. I spend my free time hiking, paddleboarding, writing, Muay Thai fighting, and hanging with my many animals! I am the producer of The Vermont Birth Experience. I have worked as a midwifes assistant and clinical assistant. I currently work in admissions at the National Midwifery Institute.
