My Essential Sleep Plans are designed for busy parents overwhelmed by a bedtime routine that feels never ending, but certain that they don’t want to leave their baby, or child, to cry-it-out alone. I specialise in gentle sleep solutions for babies and toddlers. All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do, so I will encourage you to use your knowledge to adapt your plan around your baby and your natural parenting style. I’ll show you how to measure success and give you honest information on what you can expect along the way, as well as advice for when we say goodbye, so you can carry on seeing fantastic results.
Jill was exactly what we needed having found ourselves with a baby who had a terrible sleep pattern at 8 months and wouldn't go in her own bed at all, an issue that was isolating me from the rest of my family at 7pm each evening. We explained to Jill our issues and that we didn't want to use any "cry it out" methods. Jill came up with a comprehensive, easy to follow plan-almost an idiots guide to getting your baby to sleep (which is exactly what we needed)! Within a week we had a baby who was sleeping in her cot and only waking once or twice in the night for a feed. Soon after we had a baby who slept through the night and had good quality naps. This has continued into toddler hood and my little one will now go down for her sleep easily in any setting with the routine set out by Jill. My strong suggestion is that if you are reading this wondering whether to invest in Jill's expertise, definitely do it!
