Hi, I’m J’Meisha, the heart behind Rest & Reset Mama. I’m a mom of two, a postpartum doula, and someone who wholeheartedly believes that every mother deserves to be cared for just as much as her baby. My journey through motherhood (including the incredible privilege of carrying babies as a surrogate) has given me a deep appreciation for the strength, vulnerability, and resilience of women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Those experiences have shaped my passion for supporting families with compassion, encouragement, and practical help during one of life’s biggest transitions.
