I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, informed, supported, and empowered as she prepares to welcome her baby. My approach is warm, compassionate, and centered around you and your individual needs. I’m here to provide emotional support, evidence-informed education, comfort techniques, encouragement, and a judgment-free space where you can ask questions and feel confident in your choices. I also love helping families prepare beyond birth through prenatal planning, postpartum preparation, meal-planning resources, and practical support. Whether this is your first baby or you're growing your family again, you don't have to navigate this journey alone. LovelyBirths provides compassionate, personalized doula support throughout pregnancy, labor and birth, and the postpartum period. I support families with prenatal education and preparation, birth planning, comfort measures, emotional and physical support during labor, advocacy and encouragement, and postpartum care. I also offer resources focused on nutrition and meal planning, gentle prenatal and postpartum movement, newborn preparation, and adjusting to life after birth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free experience where every family feels informed, heard, empowered, and confident in their choices.
