About Your Story Counselling

Your Story Counselling offers Individual, Couples, Family, Sex, & Trauma counselling for a variety of needs. All our clinicians hold a masters level training and more in Psychotherapy and utilize evidence-based practices and approaches. We also have a therapist intern clinic that offers affordable costs for therapy. Life can be stressful, it's easy to become disconnected from ourselves and those we love. Our goal is to help you find what you need in order to forge ahead and create the pathways towards your own desired journey in life. When we open ourselves up to our vulnerabilities, we open ourselves up to our full potential. I believe that all of us have the strength within ourselves to overcome and forge ahead with our own preferred way of life, love, and happiness. Our talk therapy appointments are available at our beautiful offices at Vaughan/Concord Ontario as well as via secure Online Video appointments, so that you can access help and support in the comfort and convenience of your own home.
