My journey into birth work began with my own experience-- becoming a mom for the first time, navigating the intensity of postpartum, and surviving trauma I didn't expect. In those early days, when everything felt like too much, my doula showed up in a way that changed everything. Their support quite literally saved my life. That experience lit a fire in me to become the person I once needed-- for other mamas navigating their own powerful, complex, and sacred transitions.

3 Prenatal appointments
Full Labor and delivery support
Basic lactation support
1 postpartum appointment

$1,800 USD · Flat rate

immediate postpartum support only

One time support within the first 24 hours after giving birth.
Note- Doula does not do placenta handling*

$100 USD · Flat rate

postpartum support

Includes:
Emotional processing and reassurance
Newborn care support
Light cleaning, meal assistance, sibling care support
Rest support for birthing person

$30 USD · Per hour
