About me
My journey into birth work began with my own experience-- becoming a mom for the first time, navigating the intensity of postpartum, and surviving trauma I didn't expect. In those early days, when everything felt like too much, my doula showed up in a way that changed everything. Their support quite literally saved my life. That experience lit a fire in me to become the person I once needed-- for other mamas navigating their own powerful, complex, and sacred transitions.
