I'm Kana and I'm so happy you're here! I provide postpartum care to parents through empathy and thoughtfulness. My goal is for you to feel, "wow, I feel much more bonded with my baby and more knowledgeable of the postpartum process!". I provide Evidence-Based Information and Support (so that you and your family cane the best decision for your family every step of the way), Practical Support (light household chores to help you rest and bond with the baby) and Partner and Sibling Support (it's all hands on deck when a baby arrives! Let me help you by helping them too).

Being a new parent is hard, but no one tells you that despite the new bundle of joy, life has to go on. Kana was instrumental in making sure that my wife and I were able to ease our way into being new parents. Kana's practical assistance around the home and with newborn children is highly recommended. Her skill as a post-partum doula is a result of her pro-active attitude and consistent implementation of empathy, understanding and kindness into her practice. I cannot recommend her enough, and if you are a new parent, I strongly encourage you to engage her services. Thanks again Kana!

Kana was a fantastic doula and a support for our family. After our firstborn arrived, she took an active role in helping me recover by being an extra set of hands. It was amazing not to have to think about household chores so that I could focus on being with my baby! Even regarding breastfeeding, Kana showed me a few helpful tricks to allow for a more comfortable experience for myself and the baby. She was also very culturally sensitive, which was important to our family. We would recommend Kana to any family, and if we were to expand ours again one day, we'd call her in a heartbeat!
