My name is Kara. I'm a mama, sloth enthusiast, certified pediatric sleep consultant and just launched my business Sleepy Sloth Solutions! I have my bachelor's in behavioral science and I was a nanny/house manager before perusing my passion of infant and child sleep. I work with families one on one and provide them with the tools and support to help them empower their little ones in becoming super sleepers. I have many different methods that are conducive to ALL parenting styles. With your knowledge of your child combined with my sleep expertise, we will create a customized plan that is perfect for your child and your entire family.

As a certified pediatric sleep consultant my job is to coach parents to give them the tools, knowledge, and full understanding of how to provide their individual baby/child with the healthiest and most restorative sleep possible. There can be a negative connotation with any sort of sleep training, but I find it is really just about finding a balance between a parenting style and the child’s biological needs.
