I am a Physical Therapist, specializing in Pelvic Health, with over 20yrs of experience. I am a Board Certified Women’s Health Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist and hold a Certificate in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy from the American Physical Therapy Association’s Academy of Pelvic Health. I love helping new parents prepare for delivery, remain active during pregnancy and rehab post-partum, physically and emotionally, using a biopsychosocial approach.
