Single Session Consult

This is a one-time conversation call. This will allow you to schedule a 45 minute call with me. You will complete an intake form, have a one-time video call with me, and be sent a summary of the discussion after the call. This option does not include ongoing support.

Sibling Sleep Plan

This is everything included in the sleep plan, but for 2 children. Please contact me separately if you have more than 2 children who are having challenges with sleep.

What to expect

I offer customized 1:1 sleep support packages, a one-time-fee resource library, and children's bedtime book. My 1:1 support packages range from one-time consults to one month of support.
