Includes 2 prenatal consultations, Birth plan, Continuous support during labor and birth, Pain management, massage and breathing techniques during labor and one postpartum follow-up.

Comprehensive Birth Doula Package - $2,500

Includes 3 prenatal consultations, 2 hours each. Birth planning, pain management techniques, massage and breathing techniques during labor. Continuous support during labor and birth. 2 postpartum visits, and online guidance on postpartum recovery for 1 month after birth.

What to expect

Hello, I’m Kate, and I’m so honored to offer doula services to families during the beautiful journey of childbirth. As a doula, I offer my services and support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, ensuring you feel empowered and supported every step of the way. I understand the importance of clear communication during such an important time. That’s why I offer my services fluently in English, Russian, Romanian, French. During pregnancy, I’m here to provide emotional support, share evidence-based information, and help you navigate any questions or concerns you may have about your journey. I assist in creating a birth plan that aligns with your wishes, and I offer resources to help you prepare physically and mentally for labor. This can include discussing pain management options, helping you understand the stages of labor, and offering advice on self-care practices. When labor begins, I’m there to offer continuous physical and emotional support. Whether it’s helping you with comfort techniques, massage, breathing exercises, positioning to help ease discomfort, or simply offering reassurance, I’ll be your calming presence throughout the experience. I can also assist in communication with your care team, helping to ensure your preferences are respected. After your baby arrives, I will continue to support you during the postpartum period. From helping with breastfeeding and newborn care to offering emotional encouragement as you adjust to life with your little one, I am here to guide you through this special, yet sometimes overwhelming, time. My goal is to help you feel confident and cared for, creating a positive and empowering experience for both you and your family.
