As a Newborn Specialist, I provide personalized, compassionate support to families as they navigate the early days and weeks of life with their newborn. My goal is to help parents feel confident, supported, and more at ease as they adjust to their new baby. I offer hands-on newborn care, guidance, and education tailored to each family's unique needs. I understand that welcoming a new baby is a beautiful experience, but it can also feel overwhelming. I am here to help make the transition smoother by providing attentive care for your little one and reassurance for you as parents. My approach is centered on nurturing care, family support, and helping parents build confidence in caring for their newborn. Services I offer : Feeding Support: Assistance with bottle-feeding routines and support with establishing feeding schedules, within my training and scope of practice. Newborn Sleep Support: Guidance on newborn sleep patterns, soothing techniques, and safe sleep practices. Diapering & Hygiene: Assistance with diaper changes, bathing, and everyday newborn care. Soothing Techniques: Gentle methods to comfort your baby and recognize their cues. Parent Education: Hands-on guidance to help parents feel more comfortable and confident caring for their newborn. Overnight Newborn Care: Support during overnight hours, when offered, so parents can get some much-needed rest.

My services are centered around your unique needs and may include newborn care and education, emotional support, encouragement with infant feeding, light household assistance, and helping you establish routines that work for your family. Most importantly, I offer a safe and comforting space where you can rest, ask questions, build confidence, and feel cared for while you care for your little one.
