About Angela
I have worked in healthcare for over 15 years. I can say that I am compassionate, supportive, and caring. I enjoy working with families and offering the best support after childbirth. There are times when families need a helping hand and I step in to provide practical hands-on help. My focus in on mom, baby, and family to offer small meals, some grocery deliveries, and help with household chores. I understand each household looks different and I stand nonbiased and nonjudgmental. I provide 5-hour daytime and 8 hours over night doula support.

Overnight Doula Support
A typical shift runs 8–10 hours, form 9/10 p.m. to 6/7 a.m. I arrive, and receive updates on how the day went, and then supports mother and baby through the night. All the wake-ups: diaper changes, soothing, and re-settling after every feed Feeding: entirely up to mom how she chooses to feed; for nursing parents, I’ll brings the baby to you, then takes over burping, changing, and settling so you're back asleep in 20 minutes instead of 90. For bottle feeding, mom pumps, or formula fed babies, I will follow instructions discussed during visits. Night-time care tasks: bottle/pump instrument washing and prep, nursery reset, baby laundry washed, dried, folded, and put away, and light housekeeping for family. Gentle guidance: on baby’s hunger cues, wake/play/feed/sleep, mom rest time, informational support, not medical advice.
