Hi, I’m Emily, a birth and postpartum doula and mother of four based in South Jersey, serving families throughout the Philadelphia area. Before becoming a doula, I spent ten years as a stay-at-home mother, homeschooling my children and learning firsthand how much it matters to have support you can lean on. I’m passionate about helping families feel cared for through the changes that come with welcoming a baby. I bring a calm presence, practical knowledge, and room for you to ask questions, express your preferences, and be yourself. I want you to feel comfortable with me in your home and confident that your choices will be respected. Outside of doula work, you’ll usually find me hiking, practicing yoga, exploring somewhere new with my children, or bringing people together over good food. Community is a meaningful part of my life, and that same warmth carries into how I care for families.

Postpartum Overnight Support

Rest knowing you and your baby are in caring, experienced hands. Overnight support includes newborn feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, and settling, with space for your questions and reassurance as you find your rhythm. I also help with washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, and a light kitchen reset as time allows. Care is tailored to your family’s feeding choices and needs, with a nine-hour minimum per night.

$50 USD · Per hour

What to expect

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and cared for as you welcome your baby. I offer birth and postpartum doula care throughout South Jersey and Philadelphia, including birth preparation, continuous labor support, and daytime and overnight newborn care. Overnight, I help with feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and light household tasks so you can rest and recover. My care combines practical guidance and a steady presence, always honoring your voice, your choices, and your family’s needs.

Are you certified?

Yes. I have formal education with hands on training for labor, birth and postpartum doula care. I also hold a current adult and infant CPR certification from American Red Cross.

Are you okay with pets?

Yes! I love animals and honor their importance in your home as part of the family. Fur babies are often times my clients first baby and they need compassion adjusting to their new role as well!
