Hi! I'm Katherine Clare, a local birth doula and breastfeeding counselor serving Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding area. Being a doula is an absolute joy for me. It's my passion as a birth doula that your wishes are heard and honored during labor and birth. Whatever your walk or desires are for birth, know that it matters, YOU matter mama, and how your space is honored during birth matters.

I offer a variety of birth plans for expecting moms. All include prenatal visits, labor and birth support, immediate support 1 to 2 hours after birth, breastfeeding support and postpartum visit. Some include birth photography or this can be added to a birth package. I also offer Mama Mentorship Services. As a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach and mom to five children, I am here to serve you throughout your pregnancy. I offer support, information and mentorship in the areas of preparing for motherhood, pregnancy health (nutrition, movement, lifestyle, stress reduction and more), and postpartum wellness.

Choosing Katherine as my doula was one of the best choices I made in my last pregnancy. It was a little late in the game and from the start she jumped right in to help me. I wanted a very different birth from the experience I’d had with my first baby. With Katherine’s help that is exactly what I had, a completely different and wonderful birth experience.
