Service introduction

I offer a variety of birth plans for expecting moms. All include prenatal visits, labor and birth support, immediate support 1 to 2 hours after birth, breastfeeding support and postpartum visit. Some include birth photography or this can be added to a birth package. I also offer Mama Mentorship Services. As a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach and mom to five children, I am here to serve you throughout your pregnancy. I offer support, information and mentorship in the areas of preparing for motherhood, pregnancy health (nutrition, movement, lifestyle, stress reduction and more), and postpartum wellness.

Choosing Katherine as my doula was one of the best choices I made in my last pregnancy. It was a little late in the game and from the start she jumped right in to help me. I wanted a very different birth from the experience I’d had with my first baby. With Katherine’s help that is exactly what I had, a completely different and wonderful birth experience. She was instantly my safe place of zero judgement and a vast wealth of information. I have and will always hold space in my heart for Katherine as her constant encouragement, support, and understanding were priceless to me in bringing my sweet boy into the world.
