Hello there, my name is Gaby, I am a nurse, doula, lactation consultant, newborn specialist and fertility care practitioner & a mother, located in Jacksonville, FL. I have Christian/ Catholic values, and I believe every baby is a miracle. I am an advocate to bring holistic, natural and traditional birth methods to mothers from the high risks population to regular pregnancies. I believe birth and labor are an invitation to live safe, goodness, truth and beauty, and if the mother is not invited to live that, something is wrong! Get a doula like me to educate you& your family and take all your fears away! I am used to water births, home births, birthing centers, hospital births, really everything! I will help you build the birth plan of your dreams. I am passionate about bringing strength to difficult moments and I love to assist with breastfeeding, and will go above and beyond to make that happen if that’s your desire! 1.Minimum of 3 pre- natal visits either online or in person
2. Childbirth Education classes, and birth preparation classes.
2.On call 24/7 starting from 37 weeks.
3.Birth Doula Assistance through the entire labor up until 1 hour post partum
4. Photography and Video of your labor& birth
4.One post partum visit

What to expect

Hey families! My name is Gaby! I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese. I’m a nurse, birth/ post partum doula, lactation consultant, newborn specialist and a fertility care practitioner intern. I love to provide science-based research during our classes; yes i am not just a doula who will show up on the day of. I give preparation classes such as ; childbirth education, cpr, breastfeeding, how to breathe during labor, how to manage pain during labor and MUCH more. I know I’m one of a kind in this doula market and I would be honored to serve you. I also do kineology taping during pregnancy to relief pain during third trimester and postpartum to support your body, allowing you to sleep better. On top of that, I offer true red light/ infrared therapy for infants and postpartum for vaginal tears, csec scars and for breast pain.
