Birth Support

2 prenatal visits - 1 for getting to know each other and discussing birth visions and details and the other for going over birth positions, comfort measures, and Breastfeeding details. Birth - I will be with you during labor until 2 hours after birth 1 post visit - I will come to you a few days after birth to check in. We will revisit the birth, breastfeeding update, and a mental health check.

I am here to take your hands (and sometimes your families’) and guide you as you navigate the transitions that accompany pregnancy, birth and post partum. I stand as your pillar of loving strength and support, which allows you to fully surrender and ultimately experience the birth that you need and envision for you and your baby.
