Preparing for birth and the fourth trimester with confidence. Includes birth preferences, newborn care basics, breastfeeding preparation, and personalized postpartum planning. ~ 2 hours

Rooted in Motherhood

Gentle, hands-on support as your family settles in. Includes newborn care education, feeding guidance, emotional check-ins, recovery education, and practical assistance. Includes 3- 2 hour in home visits

Held through Transition

A private, judgment-free space for navigating pregnancy loss, reproductive decisions, or other tender transitions. Includes emotional companionship, grounding practices, and optional Reiki. ~ 2 hours
