Planning to give birth at hospital, need a maternity nanny for a total of two months. The first month is for antenatal care and taking care of the mother. The second month is mainly to take care of the newborn baby.

Birth Location: Hospital or birth center. Budget: Prefer a midwife who accepts my insurance and minimizes out-of-pocket costs. Birth Plan: I’m expecting twins and want a calm, supportive birth with as natural a delivery as safely possible. I want a midwife experienced with twin pregnancies who will support my choices while prioritizing the safety of me and my babies. Insurance: Medicaid — I’m looking for a provider who accepts my specific Medicaid plan.

I wouldn't mind a hospital birth, but a water birth is my choice. I have insurance with Aetna, so whatever my insurance doesn't cover is my budget...? If you don't work with insurance, ideally I'm not trying to go over 6k. I prefer a holistic and natural approach. I need someone I can contact easily that will respond withing a couple hours and not 24 hours. I prefer a midwife/doula that is a POC, has a background in ancient traditional birthing, and knows herbs better than me. I don't want Westernized typical American care where I'm just another dollar to the facility and not a patient growing a little human. Ideally, my midwife/doula is compassionate, can be funny where space allows, and is very knowledgeable and can handle emergencies if the case cause for it rather than automatically pressing for cesarean.

At home water birth . Minimal medical intervention. I have a doula, I want someone who can over view delivery and be hands on for immediate postpartum care. I do have back up plans for hospital if things go south

Second baby, VBAC, my first birth was in a hospital and it was horrible. I’m a lot more educated now than before and I’ve always been super traditional. I really want a home birth, I am currently in Conroe, TX but plan on relocating to Dallas in December 2026 or January 2027. I want to have a natural birth, my last birth I had to get a C-section so it’ll be VBAC. I just found out I’m pregnant, I am about 5 weeks pregnant at the moment. I’m not 100% when my due date is. This will be my first time doing anything with a doula or midwife, I don’t know much about it. And I’m not sure what a good budget for this would be.

This is my 3rd birth (all have been natural) and I’d like to give birth at home. My insurance is Tricare (Reserved Select) and so my midwife has to be a CNM and the doula certified and in network.
