I specialize in working with clients who have OCD, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders or who have behaviors that are avoidant, excessive, repetitive, and distressing and/or have thoughts that are intrusive, persistent, and distressing. I am specifically trained in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) and support moms and dads in the process of being parents and the changes that come as well as the mental health difficulties that may arise before, during, and after pregnancy. It is my hope that you will feel better and live a meaningful and fulfilled life and that you will have the skills and insight to manage new experiences and circumstances that arise in your life. I hope you take away tools and new skills to manage more easily whatever comes your way.
