Hi! I am a mom of 2 and I'm here to support you to help your kids sleep so YOU can sleep, take care of yourself, and show up to be the parent you want to be for your kids. Just recently I’ve decided to refocus my services to provide close, in-home newborn support to parents who are desperate to sleep. This includes overnight shifts and daytime help in whatever capacity you need. It is entirely separate from the sleep training programs parents hire me for, which typically begin when your child is 6 months to 18 months of age. Figuring out my own sleep journey has been super important for the first few years of parenthood. Now I've grown passionate in helping families to achieve sleep wellness. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioural Science and I'm a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I offer sleep programs designed for accessible sleep help based on what you need.
