Service introduction

I offer a variety of services during those brand new postpartum weeks. I am there to nourish the mother, offer a baby break, and general household help if needed. Mothering the Mother – Assistance with post birth care, emotional support, and enabling rest. Newborn Care and Education – Baby behaviors, bathing, cues, diapering, soothing, and swaddling. Feeding – Assist with bottle feeding, breastfeeding, formula prep, and pumping. Light Household Help – Washing bottles and pump parts, baby laundry, light tidying, and organizing. Meal Preparation – Preparing simple meals, snacks, coffee, or tea. Sibling and Family Adjustment – Tips and help incorporating siblings, partners, and pets. Referrals and Resources – Community resources for lactation consultants, parenting support groups, and mental health.
