Hello! My name is Kelsey Saracer and I am a CAPPA certified Postpartum Doula and CPSM certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. I am passionate about helping other families find their parenting confidence through support, mentoring, advice, and lots of listening. As a postpartum doula I love to educate parents about the wonders of newborns and support both day and night. As a sleep consultant I help you understand your baby's sleep and make a personalized plan to help you maximize their sleep based on their age, personality, your parenting style, and your goals.

Daytime Postpartum Doula

4 hour visits, usually between 10 AM and 2 PM Discount on larger hour package- 20/40/80

$50 USD · Per hour

Overnight Postpartum Doula

Per night Available Tues/Fri 8 PM to 6 AM Book up to 8 weeks

$625 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

2 week Virtual Sleep Consultation- Personalized plan, 1 hour Zoom to go over plan, 2 weeks of text support Daytime Postpartum Doula- 4 hour visits covering newborn care education, care for recovering birthing parent, cooking light meals, organizing baby items/nursery including washing bottles and laundry Overnight Postpartum Doula- 9 PM to 5 AM 2 days a week-limited availability. Book up to 8 weeks of overnight visits to help with postpartum recovery

Kelsey was an amazing partner! Our son loved her. She's sweet and truly cares not only about your baby but also your wellbeing as a new parent. She gave us tips and ticks for getting our little dude to sleep (and keep him asleep), feeding, had great advice on baby gear and recommended some new mom resources for me. Kelsey is great and any parent (and baby!) would be lucky to work with her!
