I serve mamas and families who desire a to be heard, respected, and cared for during their pregnancy and through their postpartum experience! During my time with you postpartum I strongly prioritize your rest and nourishment as a newly postpartum mama. I prep home cooked, nutrient dense meals for you and your family, keep the home tidy, light laundry, and offer hands on baby care as needed.

Service introduction

** Only taking home birth clients and postpartum clients at this time *** I offer both birth and postpartum doula services. As a birth doula I’ll support you through your pregnancy and labor to advocate for you and nurture you however that may look. As a postpartum doula I will come into your home and walk alongside you and your family as you navigate life with a newborn. I’ll assist with baby care, like feedings, diaper changes, baths, and I’ll also help around the home with things like laundry, cleaning, and meal prep.
