SleepyKiwi is a holistic, individualised approach to sleep coaching for 0-3 year olds. Focussing on the whole picture surrounding sleep, we work collaboratively with parents to formulate better routines and ultimately give you that much-needed (and consistent) full night's sleep!

- 1 hour sleep consultation via Zoom
- A personalised sleep plan created for you and your baby/toddler
- Daily Check ins for 4 days
- Access to further support for 1 weeks via Whatsapp

- 30min sleep consultation – Good for particular issues you want to discuss
- A personalised sleep plan created for you and your baby/toddler
- 30 min follow up consultation one week later
