Little Wonder
My 'Little Wonder' package is perfect for you if:
- You want to work out why your baby is waking excessively
- You would like some sleep education and realistic goal setting around your baby's sleep
- You would like a personalised plan to make small and realistic changes, such as optimising naps, sleep environments, timings, and routine to consolidate night sleep
- You want to understand your unique baby and how to tune into and meet their needs around sleep
Includes:
- Analysis of comprehensive intake questionnaire so I can understand your situation and formulate a plan that aligns with your values and needs
- 60 minute consult over phone or zoom comprising sleep education, goal setting, collaborating on your personalised plan, and answering your questions.
- Email with your tailored plan and relevant resources
I will always support you to keep the parts of your routine and sleep that you like, and together we will work to adjust the parts that are presenting challenges.
Changes
My 'Changes' Package - my most popular and in depth package - is perfect for you if:
- Your older baby or toddler is waking excessively, having long periods of time awake at night, or very early mornings
- You want to transition sleep spaces (e.g., crib to bed, or bed sharing to independent sleep space)
- You want to work on changing patterns or sleep associations that are no longer working for you (e.g., rocking to sleep)
- You want to partially or fully night wean
- Any number of other sleep or wellbeing challenges your family is experiencing!
Includes:
- Analysis of comprehensive intake questionnaire and sleep diary
- 60-90 minute consult over phone or video (can be replaced with email support if preferred)
- Consult will include some sleep education, collaborating to fine-tune your personalised plan, and answering your questions.
- Email with your personalised plan and resources
- Email responses (two emails with up to five questions per email) over the two week period OR WhatsApp support (10 questions and answers available over two weeks).
- 30 minute consult at end of second or third week (depending on your preference) to make adjustments and provide advice for moving forward

Hourly consults
Sometimes you don't need a whole plan, you're just under a lot of pressure and need questions answered and supportive, empathetic direction. If that sounds like you - this might be the right option.
This is a 45-60 minute consult to discuss and advise about any challenges or questions you have about sleep, development, screen time, or parenting. I draw on my extensive developmental psychology, infant sleep specialist certification, and sleep science background to advise you and provide reassurance, education, and support.
This consult is ideal for you if:
- You have questions or uncertainty around a small aspect of your baby's sleep or development and desire some reassurance and advice
- Questions about or help approaching screen time
- Help with approaching big emotions or behaviours in toddlerhood
- Would like advice and strategies to manage your own emotions and distress tolerance
- You would like a follow up consult after a sleep support package has ended
I will also provide a $50 voucher for any sleep support package (Little Wonder or Changes) that is booked within 30 days of this call.
