Wow! Thank you Sam! You changed our lives. Before we worked with Sam we were so sleep deprived and just thought that was what parenthood was supposed to be like. I had so much anxiety around my baby's sleep, I was constantly watching the clock, stressing about awake times and total sleep, trying to resettle for hours, rocking and patting my baby to sleep in fear that they wouldn't fall asleep. Sam was just what we needed, I wish we'd made contact earlier! We struggled with our son's sleep (or lack of) for months and months. He did not self settle, would take hours to rock and pat to sleep and wake every 2-3 hours overnight. At 6 months old we contacted Sam for a phone consult. She took the time to find out about our son's temperament, his daily routine and development. Sam listened to our concerns and goals and walked us through a range of solutions that we could choose from to suit us. The 2 week support was amazing!
