Hi there! My name’s Kira, and I’m a holistic, heart-centered doula serving families in central Missouri and beyond. I believe pregnancy, birth, and parenthood are transformative, emotional rites of passage and deserve more than just clinical care. I’m here to care for you in the ways that count: truly getting to know you, investing in our relationship, listening to your fears and anxieties, and always pointing you back to your strength, your faith, and your love. It’s the greatest honor to journey alongside you as your life changes forever, and it’s my goal to bring more warmth, enthusiasm, encouragement, and presence into these tender times when families need the most support.

A soft, relaxed introduction to postpartum doula support. Designed for the family who wants to experience being held without a long commitment. Three visits, each four hours, spaced gently across your first six weeks at home. I’m there to help you focus on rest, nourishment, bonding, and problem-solving in those tender first six weeks. ❤️One prenatal appointment to learn about the support you’re seeking for postpartum ❤️3 daytime visits (4 hours each) within the first six weeks ❤️Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and newborn care support at each visit ❤️Emotional support and space to process your birth story ❤️A postpartum treat and lactation snack

I offer Birth and Postpartum Doula packages that can be customized to your needs for the childbearing year. Add-ons include birth photography, birth story sessions, and postpartum in-home meal preparation and meal deliveries. The goal is for you to feel safe, seen, supported, and deeply nourished by our relationship.

This was my fourth baby. In the past I had heard about doulas, but I was undecisive. Talking to Kira convinced me that I really wanted a doula. She was so sweet and caring. I didn't want to miss out on having someone like her next to me to support me during birth. Kira really helped me to accomplish my goals and feel more relaxed during the birthing process.
