Here to support sleep deprived parents adjusting to parenthood with in home overnight newborn care. Fully up to date on all vaccinations and credentials with over 20 years experience caring for infants and newborns. Certified NCS and certified first aid infant/adult CPR. Passionate and honored to support parents be the best after a full night sleep for work or caring for their family during the day. Sleep impacts health and wellness and is valuable in busy, thriving healthy growing families!

Service introduction

I offer overnight support to sleep deprived parents covering nighttime feedings and diaper changes. Sanitization of bottles and pumping equipment. Babies laundering. Keep a record of all input and output & wake/sleep times to report at the end of the shift. Communicate any new changes or developments with the baby to the parents and anything for them to prepare for or anticipate in the development stages. I also offer formal sleep training if having difficulties with night time waking beyond 6m.

Frequently asked questions

Are the days and times flexible? Can you break up the overnights with days off in between?

Yes I'm flexible with whatever works best for your schedule. I consistently stay on the overnight schedule and don't bounce back and forth as that is quite disruptive to getting adequate rest sleep needed, as I reverse my sleeping schedule staying awake throughout the night and sleep during the day.
