Hi I’m Kirsty. Food & Coffee Lover, Farmer, Mum, Doula, Registered Nurse & Birth Educator. I’ve taken my experience and lifelong passion and developed a personalized program for couples looking to optimize their pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. My unique perspective + approach blends the best of two worlds - the medical experience + natural human wisdom. I provide current, relevant information and personalized, heart-centered support to guide couples through their unique + personal journey, while helping prepare and navigate the unknowns that arise. My mission is to bring the intuitive nature back into the birthing and postpartum experience. I want women (and their partners) to feel informed, empowered and excited for life with a newborn.
