Complete Birth Support Compassionate, continuous support to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout your birth journey. • Two prenatal visits to prepare for birth and discuss your preferences • Personalized birth plan & preparation • Phone/text support leading up to labor • On-call availability from 38–42 weeks • Continuous emotional and physical support throughout labor & birth • Comfort techniques including breathing, positioning, movement & massage • Support and guidance for your partner throughout labor • Advocacy to help ensure your preferences and voice are heard • Immediate postpartum support, including bonding and initial feeding/lactation guidance • One postpartum follow-up visit to check in on you and baby

What to expect

As a certified Newborn Care Specialist, I provide personalized support for families during the newborn stage, including care for full-term and premature newborns. My services include overnight care, newborn feeding support, sleep guidance, diapering, soothing techniques, establishing healthy routines, and educating parents so they feel confident caring for their baby. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment that allows both baby and parents to thrive.
