My Prenatal Support Includes: -Complimentary Meet and Greet -Two prenatal meetings, up to 2 hours in length each -Assistance in creating a Birth Plan that works for you -Support in managing the mental and physical toll that pregnancy takes -Assistance in researching additional pregnancy and postpartum support such as childbirth education classes, lactation support, placenta encapsulation, etc. -Unlimited text/phone support throughout pregnancy My Birth Support Includes -On call 24/7 from 36 weeks until birth -Continuous in person support from the start of active labor or earlier if needed -Create a calm birthing environment -Comfort measures that support your birth preferences -Create the space needed for informed consent in regards to medical decisions -Support through postpartum period immediately following birth for up to 2 hours -Lactation support
