With my first I had my husband as my support person. I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary Birch, San Diego, CA. I would like to have a doula with me during labor and postpartum at the hospital and at home for about two weeks so I can recover well. I'll need the doula to take care of my postpartum needs especially with my food/nutrition so that I can produce enough breastmilk.
