I plan to give birth at Sharp Mary birch hospital. $1-3k is my estimated budget. Unfortunately, my Cigna insurance does not cover doula services but I’m interested in your out of pocket fees within my budget. For my birth plan, Epidural if needed but would like to do natural since I had back pain after my first baby 2023 using it.

I would also appreciate any information you can share about your services, packages, and how you typically support families during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. We are looking for someone available starting August 19 or so, for two or three nights a week overnight Nanny support for our newborn. Perhaps one or two afternoons or evenings a week as well. Looking for someone open to light baby related housework, laundry, dishes, meal prep. We have a three year-old as well, but we are not looking for a caretaker for him. $30-$40 an hour depending on experience level. We will need assistance through December 1, 2026

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I currently have medi-cal. I have not created a birth plan but I would want to deliver with the least amount of intervention necessary. I want to be able to move freely and not be restricted and attempt to give a natural birth with no epidural. I am 25 years old and this is my first pregnancy so I just wanted to be supported and advocated for throughout my pregnancy especially as a first time mom and can provide emotional support to my partner as well. I am looking for someone knowledgeable, confident, supportive and will advocate for me during my labor.
