I plan on giving birth at Mary Birch hospital late December and am searching for a doula within the SHARP network. I have a high risk pregnancy due to my age (41) and gestational diabetes, and am preparing myself for what feels like an inevitable early induction/c-section and would like an advocate for that process. This is my first child and many of my friends have expressed how helpful it was to have a doula for the postpartum adjustment period. Because this service is covered by my health insurance, my budget is very flexible.

Hi there! I'm looking for someone I can hire as a regular nanny/doula for my son. I return to San Diego (from maternity leave) on May 23rd. My thought process is to hire someone (hopefully you) for a couple hours, from 0730-0930 from May 26-May 30 to help facilitate building comfort between baby and nanny. Would this work for you? If so, I do plan on moving forward on a regular basis. Mostly Monday-Friday anywhere between 7:30am-4pm (schedule would vary week to week). I work from home, but I still need someone to come hang with the baby so I can get work done.
