My wife had a c section 10 years ago, is about 13 weeks pregnant now. & REALLY wants to give birth naturally. She’s really healthy & always takes care of herself. We’re hoping for guidance on what hospital. Budget, not sure?

I plan to give birth at kaiser baldwin park. I have doula coverage under kaiser foundation health plan insurance. I had a bad experience with an epidural and with latching and would like support in those areas. First child had lip/tongue tie and difficulty latching, I had flat nipples and difficulty pumping. I would like another epidural. My husband may be with our child during/after birth so would like extra support if that happens.
