First time mom at 39. Was a complete surprise as I wasn’t sure i could have children. We plan to give birth at Bryan East in Lincoln Ne. I need all the help and suggestions possible. I have high anxiety and pretty nervous about the birth. I know I want a calm setting so whatever can be done to help with that.
