My baby is 2 months old and we are still struggling with breastfeeding. I have inverted nipples and was using a nipple shield this whole time but stopped using it. My baby isnt always able to latch well and i feel her chomping and struggling to latch. I have nipple vasospasms very painfully. For the past three days ive been struggling with an engorged left breast. I’ve been trying cold compresses and lymphatic drainage massages but nothing’s helping and it continues to get more engorged.
