I want to give birth in a hospital but don’t want to be separated from my baby if they go into the nicu after birth. This is my first baby and I’m just trying to find someone who will listen to my concerns

I am looking for a midwife who takes a holistic and faith-centered approach to pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care. I desire a home birth and am seeking someone who values natural, low-intervention birth, supports informed decision-making, and respects the spiritual significance of bringing life into the world. It is important to me that my care provider is aligned with my Christian faith, open to prayer, and sees birth as both a physical and sacred experience. I am hoping to find someone who prioritizes nutrition, emotional wellness, and whole-person care for both mother and baby. I am unfamiliar with the costs so I do not have an estimated budget but I would need to do a monthly payment plan. And I’m located in North Portland.

Fifth pregnancy, with one miscarriage. Currently 4 weeks. Previously had a caesarean due to baby being IUGR and SGA. Following two births were VBACs, unmediated in the hospital. Last birth I declined all hospital intervention and then caught baby with help of midwife. Desire to birth and deliver at home for fourth baby

I would like to do a home birth or birthing center or something similar. This is my second pregnancy. My older child is 4yrs old and was born c-section. So this would be a VBAC birth. I will turn 33 just before having the baby. I would like a CNM with at least 3 years experience. We have Aetna insurance. I would really like to find someone covered by insurance and in network.

I’m planning on giving birth at home with little to no intervention and a water birth.

Just looking for an OBGYN or a midwife I haven’t gone into much thought yet about what I want my birth plan to look like yet.

This is my first pregnancy. I want a natural birth, though I haven't decided on hospital or at home yet. I'm very early in my journey but just want to start looking at options now. I'm hoping to find someone who takes OHP or to stay under $5000. I would prefer a Christian woman who shares the same beliefs and values.

This is our first child and would like to go low/no interventions as possible. We like the idea of being home for as long as possible, since it’s our first kid we hope to eventually transition into the hospital but to do the majority of laboring at home with a possible water birth. We would like to receive more education around different interventions, creating a birth plan, and techniques to help with birthing!

Im 20, and this is my first. I want to not only be educated but helped and supported through the whole process, as well as find a cheaper more cost friendly route thats not a spendy OBGYN, but also can support medically if that makes sense. I am open to talk about the options of where i can give birth, I dont really know what a good estimated budget would look like. Overall I feel I need to talk to a professional and weigh all my odds and decide on everything then.
