My first birth was not traumatic but I remember feeling like I was limited in my ability to express my needs and felt pressured into certain interventions. I also had a very negative breastfeeding experience and was never able to establish that with my first and would like to try again. I am looking for someone to help advocate for me during the birth and support me in getting breastfeeding established.
