About me

I am a mother of three who didn't have a clue of how much support I needed until it was too late. Looking back on my own experiences motivated me to pursue this calling. I do my best to ensure that I am providing compassionate, evidence-based birth support that empowers mothers to feel confident, heard, and deeply supported.

I provide prenatal visits to discuss what you envision your birth to look like. I also provide pain management techniques, continuous labor support, unlimited text/email support, and follow up postpartum visits. From prenatal preparation to labor support, I provide continuous care so that you feel confident, heard, and fully supported as you welcome your miracle.

This package is best for first time families who value reassurance, a trusted presence during labor, and for those who desire guidance through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum basics without the overwhelming extras. This package includes: • 2 prenatal visits (birth preferences, comfort techniques, partner involvement) • Unlimited text/phone/email support during pregnancy • Continuous labor support at home and/or hospital • 1 follow-up postpartum visit within 1-2 weeks following birth to offer support and resources

Premium
The Premium package is tailored to families who are wanting a more in-depth, personalized experience with extra prenatal and postpartum visits. In addition, I offer additional preparation time, extended postpartum care immediately after birth, and hands-on newborn support. This package includes: • 3 prenatal visits (birth plan, comfort techniques, childbirth education and partner support strategies) • Unlimited text/phone/email support (through pregnancy and early postpartum for reassurance, resources, and questions) • On-call availability beginning at 35 weeks until your baby comes earthside • Continuous labor & birth support • Immediate postpartum care (up to 2 hours after birth for breastfeeding support, bonding, and a smooth transition) • 2 postpartum in-home visits (check on recovery, help with feeding and provide emotional support)
