I believe that birth is a deeply sacred and transformative experience - an experience where you deserve to feel empowered, informed, and supported. I offer calm and compassionate care, meeting you with evidence-based information, emotional encouragement, and a steady presence through your pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum weeks. Service introduction

I'm a pregnancy, birth, and postpartum doula. During your pregnancy, we'll meet for prenatal appointments to discuss your discuss your preferences and help you prepare emotionally and physically for labor and birth. When it's time to give birth, I'll be a calming and continuous presence by your side providing hands-on comfort and emotional encouragement. After your baby arrives, I'm here to support your transition into parenthood with a postpartum visit to process your birth story and address any challenges you're facing. If you're wanting a little more support postpartum, I offer postpartum doula packages to help you either day or night.
