With certification in perinatal mood disorders, and personal experience as a wife and mother, I am well-suited to help women navigate the complexities of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. Although starting a family has its joys, it also brings all kinds of unexpected stresses. I help with problems such as: adjusting to the demands of motherhood, bonding with baby, caring for ill baby, problems with intimacy or connection with partner, self-care, balancing home and work demands, low family support, miscarriage, post-partum depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, obsessions, loss, and grief.
