I'm a first time mom, age 42. I feel that the info my mother share may be outdated and the internet is saturated with contradicting information so I'm overwhelmed. I would prefer to use my insurance if that's possible. I'd like to have a natural birth but I really don't know my options. My husband is more comfortable with spanish so that would good.

With my previous pregnancies I had my mom or my mother-in-law with me, but this time I'm alone and I need a female doula to help me after I come home from the hospital.
